Refund policy
1. Order Cancellation
Irrevocability of Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed by Maneinstock, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the order is processed. Order processing typically occurs daily between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM (KST).
* MOQ & Stock Exceptions: Maneinstock reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 5 units per item without prior notice. If an order cannot meet the MOQ due to stock shortages, we will notify you via email to discuss alternative arrangements.
2. Return & Refund
Defective Goods Only: Refunds or exchanges are strictly limited to defective products. In such cases, Maneinstock will mediate the claim with the respective suppliers or manufacturers.
Strict Inspection Period: All claims for defects must be submitted within five (5) days of the date the tracking information shows "Completed." Claims made after this 5-day period will not be accepted.
Evidence Requirements: To expedite the claim, you must contact us immediately with clear photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect.
Retention of Items: Do not dispose of or use the defective items until the claim is officially resolved. We will provide further instructions once the investigation is complete. Maneinstock is not liable for any quality changes or deterioration occurring after the products have been used or improperly stored.
3. Shipping, Damages & Customs
Risk of Loss: Once products are transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Maneinstock is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or theft occurring during transit.
Delayed Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs processing).
Uninsured Shipments: For non-insured deliveries, Maneinstock assumes no responsibility for transit-related issues. You must coordinate directly with your forwarding company to file a claim.
Customs & Duties: You are responsible for complying with your country’s customs regulations. No refunds will be issued for items returned or disposed of due to:
- Non-payment or refusal to pay customs duties and VAT.
- Failure to provide necessary customs clearance instructions prior to order processing.
- Import restrictions unknown to Maneinstock at the time of shipment.
