Global B2B Order & Shipping Policy (Måneinstock)

This shopping mall is a specialized wholesale platform targeting overseas buyers, and operates the following order and shipping policies. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the details before placing an order.

 

Delivery Service Overview

  • Global Shipping: Måneinstock is a Global Only shopping mall. We do not support delivery to domestic addresses in South Korea.
  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are safely delivered via authorized international express services such as EMS (Korea Post), DHL, FedEx, and UPS.


Shipping fees and dispatch time

  • No Free Shipping: Due to the large volume and weight inherent in wholesale orders, shipping fees are charged for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight and volumetric weight and may vary depending on the destination country. Exact shipping fee will be shown at the checkout page.
  • Product Preparation Period: After order confirmation, we conduct thorough inspections and reinforce packaging for overseas export. Accordingly, it takes 3 to 15 business days for preparation before shipment but may vary or change depending on the brand, product, and inventory status. For pre-orders, it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. If the lead time is extended or changes unexpectedly, we will notify you via email.
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Shipping Not Available: We ask for your understanding that same-day or next-day shipping services are not available due to the nature of wholesale volume.


Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy

  • Minimum Quantity per Item: You must order at least 5 units of each item.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: Orders that do not meet the minimum order quantity requirements may be cancelled immediately without prior notice.
  • Seller's Right to Adjust Quantity: In the event of supply disruptions, such as product discontinuation or manufacturer supply issues, the order quantity may be adjusted or partially cancelled at the seller's discretion; in this case, we will notify you the adjusted quantity and total amount via email.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Separate Checkout Required : Pre-order items and regular in-stock items cannot be combined in the same shopping cart or processed within a single checkout. If you wish to purchase both in-stock and pre-order products, you must place separate orders for each category. Combined shipping for these two different order types is not supported.
  • Higher Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) : To facilitate direct procurement and bulk production from brand manufacturers, pre-order items are subject to a higher Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) compared to regular in-stock items. The specific MOQ for each product is indicated on its respective product page. Orders that do not meet this minimum threshold will not be processed.
  • Full Advance Payment Required : To secure inventory and initiate the production process, full advance payment—including both the product total and the estimated shipping fee—is required at the time of checkout.
    1. Shipping Fee Adjustments: The shipping fee charged at checkout is an estimate based on the projected volume and weight. Once the items arrive at our warehouse and are packed for final dispatch, the actual shipping freight will be determined.
    2. Store Credit for Overpayment: If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount paid at checkout, the difference will be automatically credited to your account as Maneinstock Store Credit, which can be applied to your next purchase. The buyer is responsible for any underpaid shipping balances prior to dispatch if sudden logistics fluctuations occur.
  • Estimated Lead Time & Shipping : The estimated lead time for pre-order items to arrive at our warehouse generally ranges from 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on manufacturer schedules and international logistics. Once the products undergo final inspection at our warehouse, they will be dispatched immediately.
  • Cancellation of Supply Due to Manufacturer Circumstances : Pre-order fulfillment is subject to product availability from the manufacturer. In rare instances, an order may be canceled or partially fulfilled due to sudden manufacturer circumstances, including but not limited to, sudden discontinuation, formulation renewals, package changes, or production delays at the brand headquarters. In such cases, Maneinstock will notify the buyer immediately, and a full refund or store credit will be issued for the unavailable items. Maneinstock shall not be held liable for any secondary losses caused by such manufacturer-driven cancellations.


Customs Duties & Tax

  • Importer's Responsibility Principle: All customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees incurred during import are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
  • Customs Responsibility: Please check for import restrictions or customs regulations specific to each country in advance - duty free amount, number of items that can be cleared by individual custom, etc. We do not take any responsibility for any customs regulations was not notified by customers in advance or other customs-related issues.
  • EU VAT Policy : In accordance with EU VAT directives, all orders shipped to European Union countries are subject to VAT.
    1. For orders with a total product value of €150 or less, VAT is automatically calculated and collected at the respective country's rate during the checkout process.
    2. For orders with a total product value exceeding €150, VAT is charged when the product reaches customs in the destination country, not during the checkout process. 
  • Tax Payment Method: As this shopping mall does not utilize the IOSS (Import One-Stop Store) system, buyers must pay taxes directly through the local customs or shipping company to receive their goods. Each country's customs authorities calculate VAT and customs duties based on the total product value, type, and country of origin.

※The buyer shall bear all costs incurred in the event of a return due to failure to check country-specific import restrictions.
In the event of return due to customs refusal or import restrictions, the buyer shall bear the full cost of all associated expenses (including round-trip freight and local disposal fees). If additional charges are incurred, we may charge the customer.

 

Report Damage or Missing Items

  • Submission Deadline: You must submit a report within 72 hours of receiving the product. Any complaints regarding damage or missing items submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • Supporting Documents: You must attach photos/videos including a shipping label (clearly showing the tracking number and order number), the condition of the outer box, the quantity or parts missing, and the damaged area. Since the refund eligibility and percentage are determined based on the photos/videos you provide, the more detailed and numerous the submissions, the better.
